Rian Gardiner
Triluxe co-founder and Executive VP, Rian Gardiner leads brand strategy, business development, and U.S. operations. He launched J.Lindeberg in Canada and restructured the U.S. business through a focused retail and e-commerce strategy, growing sales from $1 million to $18 million. Rian continues to guide Triluxe’s growth with a sharp eye on market trends and emerging consumer needs.
Dennis Sartori
As CFO/COO, Dennis Sartori oversees finance, operations, and distribution for Triluxe. With over 30 years in financial leadership, he has built a scalable backend that drives company growth. Previously SVP and CFO of GFT Mode Canada Inc., he helped deliver a 14.5% pre-tax profit over 15 years.
Al Israel
CEO Al Israel is credited with introducing Mani and Giorgio Armani Le Collezione to Canada and reviving GFT’s U.S. Men’s Division, including Valentino Uomo. He led GFT Mode Canada to over $50 million in sales and later grew GFT Apparel Corp. USA’s Men’s Division to $125 million, achieving profitability for the first time. Before founding Triluxe, he served as CEO and President of Tip Top Tailors, then Canada’s largest men’s retail chain.
